From the Madison County Sheriff’s Office –

Madison County Sheriff, Julian Wiser can confirm that on the evening of January 19th, 2023, the
Madison County Sheriff’s Office did respond to a report of a white female who was observed
laying on the ground near the area of Betty Holland Road and Highway 70E.

EMS was contacted and the victim was transported to the hospital for treatment and later
released.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the possible suspect is described as a white male, dark
hair, a beard and was wearing a baseball cap at the time of the incident.

The suspect vehicle is possibly white, in color, with gray interior.

The victim is a resident of Henderson County, Tennessee.

Due to the amount of inquiries through social and other media, the Criminal Investigation Division of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office can also confirm that this incident is not a sex/human trafficking related incident.

This is an ongoing investigation.
