Dakota Allen Vann, the suspect in the robbery of the Five Points Country Store in Pinson, September 9, is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court at the Madison County Criminal Justice Center, at 1 p.m., today.
Vann became a suspect after video was released showing the armed robbery at the Five Points Country Store at 844 Ozier Road in Pinson.
Vann 20, who remains in jail at the CJC, was arrested by U.S. Marshalls at 12:59 a.m., three days after the robbery, in Bethel Springs.
