LEXINGTON, TN. – Rein-Bow Riding Academy will host its first Rhythm & Reins fundraiser on Saturday, November 14, at 5 p.m., at the Otto Britt Building in Lexington.
The evening will include dinner, live music, live and silent auctions, and stories from families who have benefited from the program.
Rein-Bow Riding Academy, a service of West Tennessee Healthcare’s Therapy & Learning Center, provides therapeutic horseback riding services to approximately 100 children and adults with disabilities, developmental delays and medical challenges throughout West Tennessee. The program’s barn and arena are located just outside Lexington, in Huron TN.
Through therapeutic horseback riding and hippotherapy, participants work toward physical, occupational and speech therapy goals while also improving confidence, social skills and emotional well-being. These services are provided at no cost to families due to fundraising efforts and annual community business sponsorship partnerships.
Funds raised during Rhythm & Reins will help Rein-Bow Riding Academy continue providing these services to local families. For many children, the program offers an opportunity to accomplish things they may have never thought possible, all while enjoying the experience of riding a horse.
Rainey Kizer Reviere & Bell PLC is serving as the event’s presenting sponsor, with Leaders Credit Union supporting the event as auction sponsor. We are thankful for their support.
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online at https://tinyurl.com/yk5fucar.
