The consideration of a Plan of Service, proposed annexation and zoning for an area referred to the ‘Crossings at Exum Place Annexation Area,’ was recommended for approval by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Submitted by McAlexander Engineering on behalf of The Crossings Partners, the area – located at the north side of Ashport Road between the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and Highway 45 North – is comprised of 87.66 acres.

Of course the city want to take over this property and forced future owners to pay city taxes even though they gain NOTHING in return.
