Gas Station/restaurant/vape shop coming soon to Riverside Drive in Jackson, TN
Local residents will soon have a new one-stop destination at the corner of Riverside Drive and D Street. A mixed-use gas station, convenience store, restaurant, vape shop, and laundromat is set to open at the former Sadie Lou’s location.
Developers announced plans to redevelop the long-vacant property, which previously housed Sadie Lou’s Service Station, bar, and related businesses. The project aims to create a modern hub for daily needs in the Riverside area.
According to preliminary details, the facility will feature:

- A quick-service restaurant
- A dedicated vape shop
- Self-service laundry facilities
