JACKSON, Tenn. (August 13, 2015) – Shots rang out Wednesday night in midtown Jackson.

Around 10 p.m. Wednesday police responded to a shots fired call in the 400 block of North Highland Avenue.

Police found shell several casings at the scene but according to authorities no one was hurt and no property damaged was reported.

Traffic was temporarily routed off Highland at West King.
