
NASHVILLE Tenn (August 13, 2015) – Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added a woman to Top Ten Most Wanted List who allegedly is involved in the trafficking and kidnapping of a 15-year-old girl.
According to a TBI release, Crystal Lynn Bradshaw of Lexington, Kentucky, is wanted by TBI and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated kidnapping and trafficking for commercial sex acts.
The teen was found at the home of 65-year-old Ralph W. Goodwin Sr., of Clarksville. Police said Goodwin paid Bradshaw to bring him a girl for sex.
Bradshaw is a suspect in a human trafficking investigation that resulted in the arrest of Ralph Goodwin, of Clarksville. Goodwin is charged with statutory rape, aggravated kidnapping and trafficking for a human sex act, according to a report from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office,
Both she and Goodwin allegedly had sex with the teen at a Louisville hotel. Police said they then brought the girl to Goodwin’s home in Clarksville and

continued to have sex with her for two more days.
The teen was finally rescued when she was able to get Goodwin’s computer and send a message to a friend alerting them to where she was being held. The message asked the friend to let her mother know the location.
Goodwin was arrested and is being held on a $1 million bond.
Crystal Lynn Bradshaw, 41, is wanted on charges of felony aggravated kidnapping and felony trafficking for commercial sex acts.
The release described Bradshaw as 5 foot 9, about 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Bradshaw, 41, was last seen in a 2008 Ford Fusion, possibly with Tennessee temporary tags.
Anyone with information about her is asked to call 1-800-824-3463. There is a $1,000 reward available for information leading to an arrest.
