Sheldon Breon Mann, the driver who crashed an automobile into Lincoln Elementary School, 532 Whitehall Street, following a high-speed chase with the Jackson Police Department, has been charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, evading arrest, resisting stop/arrest, theft of $1,000>$9,999, all other larceny.

Mann, 30, was taken into custody at 11:13 p.m., Friday.
