JACKSON, Tenn. – A Jackson man has been charged with rape of a child. The victim is an 11-year-old boy.
19 year old Kelvin Golden is charged with rape of a child. The incident allegedly occurred Aug. 24 at an apartment on Roosevelt Parkway, according to court papers.
According to investigators a 12-year-old girl walked in on the man and the victim. The girl reportedly then told her mother. During a forensic interview the boy described the incident , according to an affidavit.
Kelvin Golden is being held at the Madison County Jail in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
