Dr. Grayson W. Menard, general surgeon, has joined the medical staff at Tennova Healthcare – Regional Jackson.

Dr. Menard is experienced in a wide range of general surgery procedures and techniques. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery, weight loss surgery, and robotic surgery. Dr. Menard performs surgery exclusively at Tennova Regional Jackson.

Dr. Menard earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama. He completed general surgery residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. His fellowship training was in minimally invasive, bariatric, and robotic surgery at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

“The (concentration) of my practice includes advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery.” Dr. Menard said. “These minimally invasive techniques mean smaller scars, faster recovery and an earlier return to normal activities.”

Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Menard begins accepting new patients September 19.
