Property located at the southeast corner of Windy City Road and McClellan Road, once the subject of rezoning from a Single-Family Residential District to a Planned Unit Commercial District, has been sold.
Ajay Patel and Damini Patel – who could not be reached for comment – purchased the property from Superior Acquisitions LLC for $1,000,000.
The property consists of approximately 22.63 acres.

Making it Commercial property is a bad move. That is already one of the worst intersections in the county.
Patel does understand that this is not for commercial property, right?
Pat, you do realize that Patel purchased a property that’s zoned farm, not commercial right?
I’m sure he’s well aware of what he purchased.
