NORMAN, Okla. – Union University men’s golfer Gray Campbell was named to the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) PING All-South Region Team. The GCAA announced NCAA Division II PING All-Region honorees with players across eight regions earning all-region honors in 2025.
Campbell, a 5-foot-8 senior from Humboldt, Tenn., recently competed in the 2025 NCAA D2 Men’s Golf South/Southeast Regional in Florida, finishing in 13th place. He missed advancing to the national championship by just two strokes, finishing at 2-under for the three-round event.
In 2025, Campbell finished with 28 rounds played and a scoring average of 71.4. He ranked 12th in the South Region and 62nd nationally. Campbell posted two top-3 finishes in 2025. He set the Union career record for total rounds played at 108.
Campbell joins Kody Alexander (2013) and JJ Zimmer (2022, 2023) as previous NCAA D2 GCAA All-Region selections.
