Highlights from the April 2022 Labor Force Estimates:
- The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee remained the same at 3.2% from March 2022 to April 2022
- During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States remained the same at 3.6%.
- The unemployment rate decreased in 12 counties, increased in 60 counties, and stayed the same in 23 counties.
- Williamson County had the lowest unemployment rate at 2.0 percent.
- Perry County had the highest unemployment rate at 5.1 percent.
