Chicago, ILL., Jackson, TN – Chicago-based Walz Capital announced today their acquisition of the Eye Clinic, P.C., a 12,196 square foot net leased property at 668 Skyline Drive in Jackson, TN.
Skyline Building Partnership – which will continue to lease the property – sold the property to Walz Capital for $3,700,000
The Eye Clinic, P.C., has been an active ophthalmology practice in the area for nearly 50 years.
The building is strategically located next to the 642 bed Jackson Madison Hospital.

Heather Witherspoon and Brandon Buchanan of Buchanan Realty Group were the listing brokers. There was no broker representing Walz Capital on this transaction.
