Temperatures ease above freezing Monday before heading south again

According to the National Weather Service in Memphis, here’s what to expect for the next few days.

There is a slight chance of scattered snow flurries from 7 p.m., tonight, until 1 a.m., Monday.

Monday, you can look for a high of 40 degrees, but Monday night, snow is likely, and you can look for a low of about 15 degrees.

The wind chill is expected to push the temperature as low as 5 degrees.

There’s a 60 percent chance of precipitation, and any new snow accumulation of less than one inch is possible.

Tuesday, snow remains in the forecast – mainly before 7 a.m.

We should see sunshine, but don’t look for the temperature to go above 19 degrees. In the evening, it should be mostly clear with a low of 5 degrees.
