West Towne Commons – retail center sells for $2 million +

West Towne Commons Shops LLC has sold 19 Stonebrook Place to Randall Jackson of Nashville for $2,590,000.

The 12,000-square-foot retail center is located next to Kroger in West Towne Commons.

West Towne Commons LLC is based in Nashville.

Buchanan Realty Group of Jackson brokered the transaction.

Jackson Energy Authority – Board approves 6 resolutions during monthly meeting

The Jackson Energy Authority’s Board of Directors approved six resolutions during its month meeting at the Tenergy Building, Thursday.

The Board approved the installation of a 161kV Breaker for the Oakfield Primary Substation when members authorized a contract with Davis H. Elliot of Lexington, Kentucky, based on their low bid of $71,285.

A contract with the Memphis Road Boring Company, Inc., for the construction of new water line crossings, based upon their low bid of $1,086,070.90

The Board approved the purchase of two submersible pumps for JEA’s Middle Fork Wastewater Treatment facility by Gulf States Engineering Company, based on their evaluated RFP of $55,469.

The Board adopted and approved adjustments in the Telecom General Services G-1 and G-2 rates effective, March 1.

The Board adopted and approved adjustments in the Telecom Residential R-1 rates effective March 1.

The Board also authorized an agreement with Upchurch Mechanical of Jackson, to install an additional air conditioning unit and ductwork in the Telecommunications Division headend facility for a price not to exceed $280,866.

Coyote Blues re-opening in Thomsen Farms

From Blue Coast to Coyote Blues.

Details are limited, but NEWS/TALK 101.5 FM & WNWS.COM has learned Coyotes Blues, will re-open at 1430 Union University Drive, in Thomsen Farms.

Coyote Blues closed at 4 Stonebridge Blvd., March 23, 2018.

The company sold the Stonebridge Boulevard location for $1,490,000 in September, 2017.

Blue Coast Burrito opened in July 2017, at 1430 Union University Drive in the 2,600-square-foot facility.

Blue Coast Burrito closed January 17.
