The heavy downpour of rain is causing flooding in certain areas of the city.

This photo – courtesy Downtown Ricky Brown Traffic Network – is flooding on Carriage House Drive and Wallace Road.

Also, traffic lights are off at Hollywood Drive at the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass.
