JEA WILL NOT call about bills.
JEA Commercial Customers are receiving calls (showing a JEA caller ID) demanding immediate utility payments – with the threat of immediate service cutoff.
THESE ARE SCAM CALLS from an obviously sophisticated fraudulent operation.
JEA does not communicate in this fashion.
Anyone needing clarification on utility status may contact JEA at 422-7500 and no payment to such sources should be made.
