Madison County Sheriff John Mehr reports that Roger Terrell, of 253 Gadsden Rd., has been found guilty of seven (7) counts of Rape of a Child and one (1) count of Aggravated Sexual Battery by a Madison County Jury stemming from multiple incidents that occurred between 2011 and 2014, involving a juvenile female victim.

The September 19-21, 2017 hearing was held at the Madison County Courtroom-Division 3 with the Honorable Kyle Atkins presiding.

After the verdict, Judge Atkins revoked Terrell’s bond, and he was subsequently remanded into custody. A sentencing hearing has been set for 10 a.m., November 9, 2017.
