According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 to November 30 stood at 42, compared to 60 for the same period in 2016.
Total homes sold – 1,161 from January 1 to November 30, compared to 1,145 for the same period in 2016.
Sales for the month of November is 95 compared to 99 in 2016.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 356, compared to 412 for the first 11 months of 2016.
