According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 to September 30 stood at 32, compared to 54 for the same period in 2016.
New homes sold – 99 from January 1 to September 30, compared to 99 for the same period in 2016.
Sales for the month of September is 98 compared to 108 in 2016.
The number of closed sales stands at 962, compared to 932 for the first nine months of 2016.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 350, compared to 457 for the first nine months of 2016.
