According to the Multiple Listing Service, sales for the month of August is 130 compared to 133 in 2016.
The number of closed sales stands at 859, compared to 821 for the first eight months of 2016.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 336, compared to 468 for the first eight months of 2016.
