A proposal to develop 5.03 acres located at 191 Vann Drive from General Residential to a Planned Unit Commercial Development – has been pulled and will not be presented when the Jackson City Council meets at City Hall, today.
Plans for the development called for a walkable community – residential and retail.
While home owners in the area of Country Club Lane and Seventeen Green voiced their opposition to the proposal citing additional traffic congestion in the area, 80 duplexes become the next option for developers.
