Planning Commission approves preliminary site plan for convenience store

The consideration of a preliminary site plan for a new convenience store at the 300 Block of Walker Road – South of Union University Drive – was approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission during their August meeting at City Hall, Wednesday.

 

Site plans call for a 4,995-square-foot-building on approximately 1.56-acres, and will offer 25 parking spaces.

 

 

The Planned Unit Commercial Development was submitted by Dwight Barker on behalf of 2k.LLC.
