From unique imported furniture, home-decor items and tableware to an auto parts retailer that provides automotive aftermarket parts, tools, supplies, equipment and accessories.

Set to open in late April, the former home of Pier 1 Imports will become O’Reilly’s Auto Parts at 877 North Parkway.

Realty Income Corporation sold the 8,800-square-foot facility to O’Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc., for $595,500.

O’Reilly Auto Parts also has stores at 3204 North Highland Avenue, and 1300 South Highland Avenue.
