What was once a dormitory on the campus of Union University – when the school was located in downtown Jackson – nears completion at 610 E. College St.
Adrian Del Rio, a businessman from Sacramento, California, purchased the facility and will offer 26 units and a leasing office inside the gated complex, which is near the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
Del Rio said more details – availability, amount of rent – will be announced soon.
