Jackson Police Assist Chester County Sheriff’s Office in Arrest of Madison County Man for Child Exploitation 

JACKSON Tenn — On Monday, the Chester County Sheriff’s Office contacted the Jackson Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for assistance with a child exploitation case. 

Investigators allege, 35-year-old Jimmy Stout of Madison County, had been communicating with a 15-year-old Henderson boy via private message on a social media website. 

ICAC Task Force agents opened an investigation, which, investigators say determined that Stout had solicited the boy for nude images and sex. 

On Wednesday, Stout was arrested at an address on the 1600 block of Ashport Road in Madison County. He was transported to the Madison County Jail, and then transferred to the Chester County Jail. 

Stout was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and exploitation of a minor by electronic means. He was arraigned Thursday morning in Chester County General Sessions Court and has been released from the Chester County Jail on $10,000 bond. 

Stout’s next scheduled court appearance is 10 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Chester County General Sessions Court.
