(December 31, 2013)- Jackson, Tenn.- Celebrations will be taking place all over the world to ring in the coming of the New Year.

Locally, you have a choice of a few parties. 

One of which happens at the Downtown Tavern in Downtown Jackson. They are holding their annual New Years Eve Bash. 

Doors for their bash open at 6 with a $5 cover and $1 Champagne for a midnight toast. They will also have live music from the Brandon Lay Band at 9:30.

The Barn at Snider Farms is also having a New Year’s Eve Celebration. They’ll ring in the New Year like it’s 1980.

Tickets are $25 and will feature live music by The Super Five beginning at 8PM. Though not required, they encourage attendees to dress in your best 1980’s clothes and celebrate the New Year.
