Lacy Gregory joined a select group of people at West Tennessee Healthcare when she was selected as the organization’s employee of the month for August.

Lacy, a 10-year employee at West Tennessee Healthcare, is a Patient Financial Services Representative II in the payment processing department.

She was recognized during the Board of Trustees monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.

“I was excited,” Lacy said. “This is a big honor, and yes, I was excited.”

Lacy was nominated for the honor by a letter of recommendation, and she was joined at the presentation with Jeff Blankenship, vice-president/Chief Financial Officer and Wade Wright, Executive Director, Patient Financial Services.

A press release states Lacy is “Very friendly, even-tempered and understanding with co-workers and patients. Her co-workers all say she is a great person to work with and definitely an asset to their team and West Tennessee Healthcare.”
