No injuries have been reported, but the Jackson Fire Department, Medical Center EMS, Jackson Police Department and the Tennessee Highway Patrol have responded to a fire at the Airways Motel, 576 Airways Boulevard.
The Jackson Transit Authority has been called to help with emergency evacuation of the facility.
Traffic eastbound on Airways Boulevard is blocked – expect delays, avoid if possible.
