(January 8, 2014) Jackson, Tenn.- The Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission rang in the year with 3 subdivision approval requests.
The first application was for the review of a construction plat for the seventh phase of Shepard’s Field. It is located in an RS-1 District.
The second application was the review for the final plat for Shiloh Springs, Section 6-A. The plat completes a cove area.
The final application was the review of the final plat for the Grove at Matthews Creek. However, they were not prepared to have the plat approved, according to staff recommendation.
Both the construction plat for Shepard’s Field and the final plat for Shiloh Springs were approved by the commission.
