HUMBOLDT Tenn — 28 -year-old Joshua Joseph Hauser and his wife 26-year-old Desiree Marie Hauser both face Statutory Rape charges and Contributing to the Delinquency of a 16-year-old.
According to the report, Humboldt Police Department were dispatched to Carriage Lane, Humboldt, in reference to a Domestic Assault.
According to authorities, Desiree Marie Hauser and her husband Joshua Joseph Hauser supplied a 16 year old female with alcoholic beverages and both Desiree and Joshua had sexual contact with the 16 year old.
Both Desiree Marie Hauser and Joshua Joseph Hauser have been transferred to the Gibson County Criminal Complex in Trenton. The Domestic Assault is still under investigation.
