In less than two months, a third hotel is expected to open on the west side of Vann Drive.
Hilton Garden Inn, 1324 Vann Drive, is scheduled to open the first week of November, according to the lead contractor of the project – RA-LIN and Associates, Inc., of Carrollton, Georgia.
The four-story hotel will offer 98 units, an outdoor pool, and outdoor seating away from the pool.
The hotel is being constructed on 2.46 acres.
The Hilton Garden Inn joins the Howard Johnson Inn, 1292 Vann Drive, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 1335 Vann Drive, on the west side of Vann Drive.
