JACKSON, Tenn. (May 27, 2015) — Jackson Police captured a fugitive wanted by U.S. Marshals
Joseph Woodruff was wanted on an Aggravated Robbery charge by Jackson Police. U.S. Marshals developed information that Woodruff was still in the Jackson area. A reward was announced for information about his whereabouts.
According to officials, Jackson Police pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop around 6:00 Tuesday evening but as they approached the car the driver sped away.
Police were able to stop the vehicle on Paul Coffman Drive. Woodruff was taken into custody.
Joseph Woodruff faces additional charges.
