Five permits were approved by the Jackson Beer Board when members met at the City Council Chambers, Tuesday.
Stanley Mack Flowers, on behalf of Ducks Unlimited, was granted a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at an event to be held on November 16, at the Jackson Fairgrounds Park.
Richard W. (Jerry) Corley, Jr., submitted a request on behalf of University School of Jackson for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at an event which will be held on November 16-17, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
Frank T. McMeen, Jr., on behalf of West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at an event to be held Friday, at 237 Wiley Parker Road.
Frank T. McMeen, Jr., was also granted a request on behalf of West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at an event to be held Saturday, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
Alaa Qaadan was approved for a request for his business known as North Park Express, 3542 North Highland Ave., for selling, storing and distributing beer for consumption off the premises.
