Tennova Healthcare has named Elizabeth Graves as its new Nurse practitioner at Tennova Walk-In Clinic – Thomsen Farms, which is located at 1270 Union University Drive.
According to a press release, Graves specializes in caring for women, men, and children of all ages.
In addition to offering annual exams, sick visits, immunizations, and school and sports physicals, she has a special interest in preventive care and managing chronic conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and emphysema.
An advanced practice nurse, Graves earned her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
“I am committed to keeping families healthy—from health promotion and disease prevention to direct care and counseling across the lifespan,” Graves said. “I have cared for children, teens, adults and seniors in West Tennessee for more than 10 years. And I am very excited for the opportunity to offer family-focused care at Tennova.”
She joins fellow Nurse practitioners Fred Sesti and Lindsay Crocker, who also see primary care patients and walk-ins at Tennova Walk-In Clinic – Thomsen Farms.
The Walk-In Clinic offers extended office hours, including evening and Saturday appointments.
