Caty Davis,one of 12 finalists in the 97th annual Miss America Pageant, has been eliminated.

Davis who claimed the title of Miss Tennessee at the 65th annual Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant, is representing the state of Tennessee in the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Davis entered the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant as Miss Lexington, when the pageant was held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, in June.
