JACKSON, Tenn. — Cornerstone Realty and Property Management announces that Clay Fowler has joined the firm as Principal Broker, bringing more than a decade of real estate experience and strong ties to the Jackson community.

A Jackson native and lifelong West Tennessean, Fowler earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi, where he played football, and a master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Licensed in Tennessee since 2014, he earned his Broker’s License in 2024 and holds the Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) designation.

As Principal Broker, Fowler will oversee brokerage operations, agent development, compliance, and strategic growth as Cornerstone continues expanding across West Tennessee.

“I’ve known Matthew (Johnson) since we were eight years old playing Dixie Youth Baseball,” Fowler said. “We’ve always shared similar goals and values, and I’m excited to help build on the foundation he and the team have created at Cornerstone. I’m honored to be part of it.”

Matthew Johnson, Cornerstone’s owner, said Fowler’s experience and leadership make him a natural fit for the growing company.

Outside of work, Fowler enjoys spending time with his wife, Shelby, and their two sons, William and Emmett. He is active in local youth sports and the Jackson community.
