From Milan Heating & Air
Today marks another exciting milestone for our team.
As many of you know, we started Milan Heating & Air right here in our hometown of Milan, Tennessee, and because of the incredible support from our customers and community, we’ve officially outgrown our original shop!
We’re excited to announce that our HVAC installation operations and sheet metal fabrication shop are moving to our new facility in City of Bradford, TN., at 876 Gann Road.
Our service department, dispatching, office operations, and customer support will continue to operate from our Milan, Tennessee, My Home Town location, so our commitment to serving Milan and the surrounding communities remains exactly the same.
This new shop has a special story behind it. It was built by a longtime local HVAC professional and is already perfectly designed for what we do, especially as a fabrication and duct shop. It even includes an apartment where one of our team members will be living, making it a great fit for our growing company.
For now, our temporary sign is up while we wait for our permanent signage to be installed—and seeing that Milan Heating & Air banner out front is a reminder of how far we’ve come.
We couldn’t have done any of this without the trust and support of our customers, friends, family, and community. Every service call, every referral, every recommendation, and every kind word has helped us grow into what we are today.
And who knows… maybe one day, after all 100 of our kids finally fly the coop, this place might even become Bailey Reeves and my retirement home.
