Jackson, Tenn. — Real estate agent Alan Castleman with Hickman Realty Group has been awarded the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, the premier brokerage management credential in the industry.
This designation is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official designation of the National Association of REALTORS.
Castleman joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have achieved the CRB designation. Earning this distinction required completing a comprehensive program that combines real-world brokerage management experience with advanced education.
“I pursued the CRB designation to serve my clients better and elevate the level of service I provide,” Castleman said. “Real estate is constantly evolving, and I believe ongoing education is essential to staying ahead in this industry. This designation allows me to bring new strategies and insights that will benefit both my clients and my team.”
“Alan’s dedication to his clients and his commitment to growth in this industry are truly commendable,” said Chris Carothers, principal broker. “Earning the CRB designation is no small feat, and it reflects his drive to be the best in his field.
“We’re proud to have him on our team and know this accomplishment will only enhance the exceptional service he provides.”
The CRB designation is wholly owned by REBI and focuses specifically on real estate brokerage management. Formerly the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, REBI is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS.
