Building home to Dairy Queen on Vann Drive sold

According to the Madison County Register of Deeds, Frauenshuh Hospitality Group of TN LLC has sold its facility at 808 Vann Drive.

Frauenshuh Hospitality Group of TN LLC 808 Vann Drive to Michael Sarlo TR etal Lory Sarlo TR Atlantis Trust for $1,064,112.

Dairy Queen, which has two restaurants in Jackson, occupies the building.

Frauenshuh Hospitality Group of Minnesota, LLC, doing business as Fourteen Foods, owns and operates restaurants in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee, North Carolina and Wisconsin.

The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Bloomington, Minnesota.
