Best Western Plus Executive Residency, 2443 Christmasville Cove in Park Place West, has been sold.

Madison County Lodging LLC sold the six-story, 92-room hotel to Athena BW Jackson LLC Athena Louisville 1031 LLC, for $13,000,000.

Athena Hiex Jackson LLC Athena Louisville 1031 LLC also purchased the Holiday Inn Express & Suites from Parkstone Place Lodging LLC for $17,500,000.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located at 55 Parkstone Place in Park Place East.
