Beer Board approves three requests at monthly meeting

Two requests to sell, store and serve beer, and one request to change a business name on a beer permit were approved by the Jackson Beer Board, which met at the Jackson City Council Chambers, Tuesday.

Joe J. Collins obtained a beer permit for the annual Redemption Road Animal Rescue fundraising event that will be held at the Suites of Larue, 416 East Lafayette Street, September 29.

Carl Wayne Dobson was granted a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer on the premises for a business known as ‘Wild Thangs,’ 63 Heritage Square.

Cheddar’s Franchise Acquisition, LLC, was approved to change the name on its beer permit from Cheddar’s Cafe to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen at 2116 Emporium Drive.
