JACKSON, Tenn. – Deon DeBerry appeared in Jackson City Court Thursday on two counts of
theft from a resource officer at Parkview Learning Center..
DeBerry is accused of stealing $200 Police said the alleged thefts took
place on Aug. 10 and Aug. 11. Â Video evidence shows DeBerry entering the
locked office and leaving a minute later on two different occassions.
DeBerry says he was cleaning the office. the victim says the office wass
not cleaned.
DeBerry is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
