The consideration of a preliminary plat for Ashport Downs, comprising of 125 lots and one common area, has been approved by the Jackson Planniing Commission.
Submitted by Ashport, LLC, the area consists of approximately 146.29 acres in a single family residential district extending Grayson Lane to Ashport Road, connecting Applestone Drive, adding four streets and five cul-de-sacs – which are public streets.
The subdivision will have connectivity to Willow Green Woods, Willow Green, and Cherry Pointe Subdivisions.
