JACKSON, TN – LIFELINE Blood Services will host their Annual “Luck o’ the Irish” Blood Drive at their Jackson Center on Thursday, March 13 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., at 183 Sterling Farms Drive in Jackson, TN. All donors will receive a food voucher for a free lunch special from Coyote Blues, located at 1430 Union University Drive, and a limited edition St. Patrick’s Day theme t-shirt.
“LIFELINE encourages you to be someone’s lucky charm and donate blood! Our donors make a local impact and every donation saves up to 3 lives,” shares Melinda Reid, Marketing Manager with LIFELINE Blood Services.
Additionally, every donor age 18 and up, are entered into the ZT Elite Bad Boy Mower giveaway. This promotion is sponsored by Bob’s House of Honda- Jackson, TN and is offered until April 7, 2025.
LIFELINE provides blood services to 21 West Tennessee counties, including 17 hospitals and 22 emergency helicopter service locations and 1 ground ambulance service. Annually, the Center collects approximately 26,000 blood products (red cell units, platelets, plasma, etc.) to meet the needs of patients. Of that total, 75% of those products are usually collected on the bloodmobiles across West Tennessee. LIFELINE also provides reference lab and cross-matching services to healthcare facilities.
