Miss Mississippi Volunteer crowned 2024 Miss Volunteer America

Hannah Perrigin, 2023 Miss Mississippi Volunteer, was crowned 2024 Miss Volunteer America Saturday night at the Carl Perkins Civic Center. 

Perrigin received a $50,000 scholarship and the opportunity to serve as the organization’s official spokesperson. 

Perrigin is a Columbus, Mississippi native and 2020 Ole Miss graduate with a Bachelors in Multidisciplinary Studies. Her S.E.R.V.E initiative is Defined By Me, a platform designed to inspire and empower at-risk individuals with the tools to define their own destiny. 

Miss Virginia Volunteer, Kate Clatterbuck, received 4th runner-up and a $3,000 scholarship; Miss Missouri Volunteer, Faith Whatley-Blaine received 3rd runner-up and a $4,000 scholarship; Miss South Dakota Volunteer, Hillary Beecher, received 2nd runner-up and a $7,000 scholarship; Miss Idaho Volunteer, Abbie Kondel, received 1st runner-up and a $10,000 scholarship.

Miss Georgia Volunteer, Victoria Hill, Miss Tennessee Volunteer, Paige Clark, Miss Indiana Volunteer, Stevie Griffin, Miss North Carolina Volunteer, Caroline Credle, and Miss Kentucky Volunteer, Noelle Thompson joined the winners as top 10 finalists.

Miss Oklahoma Volunteer, Carli Seabolt, and Miss Pennsylvania Volunteer, Abby Traxler, joined those ladies in the top 12. 

Miss South Carolina Volunteer, Laney Quickel, Miss Alabama Volunteer, Madison Neal, and Miss Kansas Volunteer, Paige Harding rounded out the top 15.   

Additionally, Miss Texas Volunteer, Denise Kwong, received the academic award and the public relations award, receiving a $2,000 scholarship. 

Miss Kansas Volunteer, Paige Harding, received the S.E.R.V.E award and a $1,000 scholarship. 

Miss Iowa Volunteer, Olivia Keller, received the non-finalist interview award. 

Miss Nebraska Volunteer, Phoenix Stanford, received the non-finalist talent award. 

Miss Ohio Volunteer, Brittney Herman, received Miss Congeniality.

Miss Arkansas Volunteer, Ryleigh Greene, received the People’s Choice award.  

Recipients of the overall non-finalist recognition awards were Miss California Volunteer, Cassie Roby; Miss Minnesota Volunteer, Shana Dukes; Miss Montana Volunteer, Liliana Johnson; Miss North Dakota, McKayla Montgomery; Miss Ohio, Brittney Herman; and Miss Oregon Volunteer, Bailey Aldrich.
