Tennessee Department of Transportation contract crews will have a full closure of the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass at Interstate 40 from 8 p.m., today until to 6 a.m., Thursday, for crews to safely install the new signal truss across all north and southbound lanes of the bypass.

All interstate ramps will remain open.

All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
