HARDIN COUNTY, Tn…Day 10 in the trial of Zach Adams.  The decision is now in the hands of the jury in the trial of Zach Adams in the murder of Holly Bobo.  The defense finished closing arguments this afternoon.  Closing arguments for the prosecution finished yesterday in the trial of Zach Adams for the kidnap rape and felony murder of Holly Bobo.  Prosecutor Paul Hagerman says “It’s time for this to end.”

If found guilty, Zach Adams faces the death penalty.  The defense has attempted to establish reasonable doubt.  Adams’ attorney says she believes her client did not commit these crimes.

Adams charges are felony murder during rape and felony murder during kidnapping.  The felony charge is tied to the kidnap or rape.
