Investigators of the Jackson Police Department are investigating a recent theft from 2030 N. Highland Avenue, AT&T.
On August 28th, an unidentified medium build, black male with a short haircut who was wearing dark colored shorts and a gray T-shirt is captured on video allegedly taking a LG cell phone valued at $829.
The black male in this photo allegedly concealed a phone in the pocket of his shorts and left the building without paying.
